Ingredients
- Onion-3
- Coriander leaves
- Dill leaves -1 Cup
- Green Chilli-3
- Cumin-1/2 tsp
- Ginger-1 inch
- Few Curry leaves
- Salt-1/2 tsp
- Turmeric-1/4 tsp
- Gram flour -1.5 cup
- Rice flour -1/4 cup
Instructions
- Roughly chop the dil leaves and onions.
- Mill together the chopped curry leaves, ginger, cumin seeds, and green chillies.
- Transfer all the ingredients, both chopped and crushed, into a mixing basin.
- Add the salt and turmeric, and thoroughly mix with your bare hands.
- Blending helps the ingredients retain their flavour and water content before adding the flour.
- Add the rice flour and gram flour now.
- Stir everything thoroughly before adding any water, and add more as needed.
- After giving the hand a thorough wash, leave the bonda in hot oil.
- Fry them for 4–6 minutes on medium heat.
- Present heated
