Ingredients
  

  • Onion-2
  • Beans -10
  • carrot-1
  • Tomato -1
  • Kohlrabi-1
  • Green Chilli-4
  • Few Coriander Leaves
  • Green peas -1/4 cup
  • Steamed Rice-2 cups
  • Oil-4 Tbsp
  • Cumin seeds-1 tsp
  • Cloves-5
  • Cardamom-2
  • Cinnamon sticks-3
  • Ginger Garlic paste -1 Tbsp
  • Byadagi chilli-1 Tbsp
  • Coriander powder-1 Tbsp
  • Salt -1 Tbsp
  • Water -3.5 cups
  • Lemon -1/4
  • Ghee -1 Tbsp

Instructions
 

  • Let the green peas soak for four to six hours.
  • Dice every veggie into medium-sized pieces.
  • Rinse and soak the rice for a minimum of 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Heat the oil in the pressure cooker and make the garam and cumin masalas sputter.
  • Add the chopped onion and cook it for two to three minutes over high heat.
  • Cook the ginger-garlic paste until the raw scent completely disappears.
  • Reduce the heat and stir in the salt, coriander powder, and chilli.
  • Mix for ten seconds, and then incorporate the tomatoes and chillis.
  • Cook the tomatoes until they are tender.
  • Cook for a further two to three minutes over medium heat after adding the veggies and green peas.
  • Next, add the water and the combined soaked rice.
  • To improve flavour, squeeze a lemon and add a tablespoon of Ghee.
  • After three whistles, the delectable pulao is prepared for serving.
