Palak Chakli Recipe
Palak Chakli is a delightful Indian snack that combines the nutritious goodness of spinach with the crispy crunch of a traditional chakli. Ingredients
To make the paste :-
- Palak leaves-20 to 25
- Green Chillies-3
- Mint leaves-10
To prepare the Dough :-
- Rice Flour-1 cup
- Gram Flour-1/4 cup
- Salt-1/2 tsp
- Baking Soda-2 pinch
- Oil-2 Tbsp
- White Til -1 to 2 Tbsp

Instructions
- Gather twenty-five soft-stemmed Palak leaves, then thoroughly wash them because they are very muddy.
- Put them in the Mixer Jar with the Mint leaves and Green Chillies, and process them into a fine paste without adding Water.
- Put the Rice flour and Gram flour in a mixing bowl.
- Add the Baking Soda and Salt well.
- Add the Palak paste, Oil, and White Til now.
- Mix everything together to form a dough.
- Now pour the dough into the Chakli maker, and then spread the Chaklis onto a Banana leaf or Butter paper.
- Heat the Oil and cook the Chaklis for 2-3 minutes on each side over medium heat.
- Remove the fried Chakli from the Oil and allow them to cool completely.
- Keep them in the container that is airtight.
Notes
1.Dough should be thicker than Chapati dough.
2.For the ideal crispy texture, cook the snacks over a medium heat at all times.
3.Since heated chakli will soften, let it cool completely.
4.Add a small amount of oil to the Chakli maker so that it spreads more easily.
