High Protein Ladoo recipe
Today's hectic lifestyle makes us physically and mentally ill. We lose our health due to poor eating habits and bad eating times, and while we are aware of this, we are powerless to prevent it. Fortunately, there are many better natural options available to us, and one of those is high protein ladoos, which can be made at home with inexpensive and simple ingredients and are a great source of protein for everyone from young children to the elderly. Let's get started with the recipe!
Ingredients
- Flax seeds-1/2 cup
- Muskmelon seeds-1/4 cup
- Cardamoms-3
- Dates-200 G
- Coconut-1/2
Instructions
- For three to four minutes, dry roast the flax seeds over a very low heat.
- After they’re finished, move it to a basin to cool down.
- After two to three minutes of extremely low heat dry roasting, transfer the muskmelon seeds to the same bowl.
- Grate the coconut and toast it over a medium heat for approximately five minutes.
- Coconut should be crunchy and a little brown, but not fried too long.
- Crush the cardamoms, then add all of the roasted ingredients to a jar and powder them.
- Dates’ seeds should be removed, added, and ground in the same jar.
- Now use the mixture to form little balls, and put them in the airtight container.
- Eat these high-protein balls once a day if they are prepared in a large size, or twice a day if they are prepared in a little one.
- Because they don’t include sugar, jaggery, or oil, these high-protein balls are suitable for everyone.
