Peel the cucumber and remove the seeds if it is overgrown; otherwise, you can leave the seeds intact.
Chop the cucumber into small pieces.To remove the water content from the cucumber, place the chopped cucumber in a bowl and add 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
Mix well; this will help release the water from the cucumber. Save the released water for grinding the chutney.
To prepare a chutney in a jar, add grated coconut, a small piece of ginger, green chilies, a garlic pod, a few coriander leaves, a small piece of tamarind, and half a tablespoon of mustard seeds, add saved water and grind coarsely.
Add this chutney to the cucumber bowl and mix it well using hands
Delicious cucumber salad/Korom is ready to serve.
