Soak chia seeds in water for 10 minutes
Cut water mellon into small pieces, remove the seeds if possible
Take a big bowl and add cut watermelon pieces to it and mash it with the help of a spoon ,it has to release its juice .
Add sugar(optional) and continue mashing ,adding sugar enhances the taste
Now add thick raw milk,chia seeds,Rooh afza and combine well
If required you can boil milk without adding water and cool it in fridge then can be used.
Combine well along with the required number of ice cubes.
Pour it on serving glasses .
Chill and delightful Mohabaat ka Sharbat is ready to serve
