Ingredients
  

  • Pork meat -1/2 kg
  • Onions- 2 big in size
  • Green Chilies- 4 to 5
  • Garlic- 1 big full
  • Ginger – 2 inches
  • Turmeric -1 tspn
  • Vinegar 1tbsp
  • Bay leaf – 3 to 4
  • Tamarind water -2tbsp
  • Salt as per the requirement
  • Xtra flavours Bafath Powder 2 tbsp

Instructions
 

  • If you’re using 1 kg of pork, increase all the ingredients mentioned below by 20%.
  • *Optional*: Chop the fat into small pieces for better results.
  • Wash the pork thoroughly with turmeric.
  • In a pressure cooker, add the pork, one large onion (cut into big pieces), chopped ginger, garlic, slit chilies, turmeric powder, salt, and bay leaves.
  • Add enough water and cook until three whistles.
  • After that, add the remaining onion, tamarind water, Xtra Flavours Bafat powder, and vinegar. Mix well.
  • Cook on high flame for two minutes, then reduce to medium flame and continue cooking until the mixture dries.
  • Check the taste and adjust salt if needed.
