Refund policy
When the return is received by us it will be checked and verified for the claimed damages. On acceptance of the complaint, we will refund the value of the product by account payee only within 1 working day.
Products received in a damaged condition due to transit issues.
Products that have passed their expiry date.
Products that do not match the ones ordered
For any of the issues listed above, you must request a return within 24 hours of delivery or/and 1 day, by sending an message on WhatsApp 8618468592 or email to support@xtraflavours.com with an image of the damaged/expired product, Please also mention your order number
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
