Ingredients
  

  • Chicken -1/2 Kg
  • Turmeric-1/4 tsp
  • Salt-1/4 tsp
  • Ginger Garlic paste -1/2 Tbsp
  • Oil-3 Tbsp
  • Onion-1
  • Curry leaves
  • Tomato-1
  • Chicken Masala- 2 Tbsp
  • Salt
  • Grated Coconut
  • Tamarind water

Instructions
 

  • After washing and chopping, place the Chicken in a basin.
  • Stir in the G-G paste, Salt, and Turmeric powder.
  • Give it 20 minutes to marinate.
  • Heat 2 to 3 tablespoons of Oil in a pan.
  • Add chopped Curry leaves and Onion, and if necessary, add Green Chillies.
  • On medium heat, roast for two to three minutes, or until the Onion is tender.
  • Cook the diced Tomato until it becomes tender.
  • Now add the Chicken, mix thoroughly, and cook by covering the lid.
  • Add the chicken sukka masala tamarind water and simmer for two minutes after the chicken is 90% done.
  • The delectable Chicken Sukka is now ready to serve after adding the Grated Coconut and thoroughly mixing.
