After washing and chopping, place the Chicken in a basin.
Stir in the G-G paste, Salt, and Turmeric powder.
Give it 20 minutes to marinate.
Heat 2 to 3 tablespoons of Oil in a pan.
Add chopped Curry leaves and Onion, and if necessary, add Green Chillies.
On medium heat, roast for two to three minutes, or until the Onion is tender.
Cook the diced Tomato until it becomes tender.
Now add the Chicken, mix thoroughly, and cook by covering the lid.
Add the chicken sukka masala tamarind water and simmer for two minutes after the chicken is 90% done.
The delectable Chicken Sukka is now ready to serve after adding the Grated Coconut and thoroughly mixing.
