Traditional rice chakli is a delicious teatime snack. I've provided you with a very simple step-by-step recipe for making rice chakli.

Ingredients
  

  • Ration Rice -2 cups
  • Urad dal-1/2 cup
  • White Til -2 Tbsp
  • Black Til-1 Tbsp
  • Salt-3/4 Tbsp
  • Coconut milk-1 cup
  • Ghee -3 Tbsp
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Give the rice a thorough 3–4 water wash.
  • Soak the rice for a minimum of 3–4 hours.
  • Empty the water and spread the rice onto the cloth. Allow it to dry for 2 hours away from the sun.
  • Fill the pan with the Urad dal and dry roast it over a medium heat until it turns light brown.
  • Chill out
  • Grind the rice and urad dal into a fine powder
  • Strain it to get the best outcome
  • Add the til and salt, mix, and then add the ghee and coconut milk.
  • Mix everything together to make a thick dough.
  • Use butter paper to prepare the chakli.
  • Over medium heat, heat the oil and fry the Chakli.
  • Traditional Crispy Chakli is prepared for serving.
  • Keep them in a sealed container.
