Tomato Curry

- Curry Leaves-15
- Onion- 1
- Tomato - 4 medium size
- Garlic -10 optional-10 pods
- Mustered Seeds- Little
- Jeera- Little
- Oil- 3 Tbsp
- Garam Masala- 1/2 Tsp
- Xtra Flavours Sambar Powder - 1 Tbs
- Salt - 1/2 Tsp
- Water-1/4th glass
Heat a pan and add oil.
Once it is heated put mustered seeds let it splutter then add jeera and byadagi chilli, green chilli, curry leaves, garlic pods sought it well
When garlic pods changes it colour add finely chopped onions and fry it in a low flame (don't over fry onion)
Then add finely chopped tomatoes, sought it. Close the lid and cook well.
Keep a low flame and add garam masala powder and xtra flavours sambar powder(other brand can be used) mix well for 30 sec
Add salt as per the requirement
Add 1/4 th glass of water and combine it well and cook for 2 minutes(oil should be separated)
Tomato gojju is ready to serve
